Can I get a free trial of SMoooS to figure out how it works?

Sure! You can sign in to a free account on the website. You will receive an initial credit for sending Basic SMS and up to 250 E-mails. Please note that in order to be able to send Direct SMS a registration of a Custom Sender ID is needed. You will have to make at least one purchase on our website to unlock this feature.

Is a credit card required to register?

You can sign in to a free trial account with no need to enter your billing data. You will soon discover that SMoooS is just what you are looking for! At this point you can easily place an order on our e-commerce by choosing one of the payment methods available on the platform: credit card, Paypal or transfer.

How does a Credit Recharging Kit work?

For our SMoooS Platform costumers we chose the flexibility of the Credit Recharging Kits for sending SMS and E-mails, at no fixed cost and no need to subscribe. Feel free to purchase whatever Kit suits you best directly on our e-commerce! Your credit will be valid for one year starting from the purchasing date.

Is SMoooS easy to use?

Sure! All of the features are available on the platform, even when using the free trial account! The more experienced you are in the management of this software tools, the more features you’ll get to use. But don’t worry if you are feeling a bit out of your league, we are here to help! Which features can I access by signing in on SMoooS?

FAQ – Digital Agenda

Does SMoooS offer a Digital Agenda?

Sure! All of the features are available on the platform, even when using the free trial account! The more experienced you are in the management of this software tools, the more features you’ll get to use. But don’t worry if you are feeling a bit out of your league, we are here to help! Request a free demo and we will guide you through your first steps, or we can offer you our assistance in managing the advanced features.

After the one month free trial, am I required to necessarily switch to the paid account?

Not at all! You can let your App subscription expire with no extra cost. After a few days starting from the expiring date, it will be automatically deleted, alongside with all the datas. On the other hand, if you loved using SMoooS you can switch to a Pro or Premium account.

Can I renew my subscription every month/year?

It’s up to you! Take your pick, but mind that if you choose the annual subscription you will get the equivalent of a 2 months discount! 😉

Is there any limit to the number of reservations I can receive using the App?

The Pro and Premium accounts both provides for unlimited reservations. With the free trial, however, you can have access to a maximum of 100 reservations.

Is it mandatory to own a website in order to use the Digital Agenda?

No, it is not mandatory to own a website yourself. We will provide you with a link through which your clients will be able to perform the reservations, or you can have you App published on App Store or Play Store using a Premium account.

Is it possible to send SMS notifications?

Sure! But only after subscribing to a monthly or annual subscription. SMS messages will be sent with the Sender ID “SMoooSDiary.”

While email notifications are included in the subscription cost, SMS notifications come at an additional cost, and credit can be purchased separately on the website at https://smooos.com/sms-packages/

Is it necessary for me to have specific skills to get to properly manage the reserved area?

Not at all! The reserved area is totally user-friendly, with an intuitive and easy-to-use interface. However, should you have any doubt or need some little help, our team will be there to assist you!

What can I do with the Agenda Report tool?

You will be able to monitor all of your appointments and, using the Premium account, even the operators and services incomes! You will also get to see if you have any lapsed customer. This is a marvelous tool to efficiently monitor your business and the most appreciated services that you offer!
